I was quite excited when Helen and Matthew suggested we meet in Manchester’s Northern Quarter as it’s a region of the city that I’ve never visited before. I’m glad they did!
The shoot was a feast of colour, fun and quirkiness and I’m in love with the location and totally thrilled with the images we captured. As you can see from the photos below Helen and Matthew weren’t shy and together we got creative and played around with ideas. I particularly like the hand kissing shot – I think that was Matthew’s idea… you old charmer!
We also got lucky towards the end of the pre-wedding shoot when we happened across what seemed to be a deserted car park! Let alone the cool backdrop of the Northern Quarter, I could have spent the whole day here!
A special thanks to Piccadilly Records and Fat City Records for allowing us to shot in their stores.
